OK, so I love a little adrenaline every now and again. My family had me rappelling when I was old enough to hold a rope and I have been caving and climbing to some degree most of my life.

I have jumped out of a plane, with a parachute, have sailed across seas, caved below the earth and have a preference for horror movies.

I have been fortunate to have sailed in the Mediterranean Sea, the Sargasso Sea, the Caribbean Sea, the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Aegean Sea.

Traveling expands the soul. Spending time with the many different cultures, people and animals offers a great reflection into what is really important in life.
